Chocolate Lab tickets are available at the admissions desk on the day of the class on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited.  Classes are appropriate for adults as well as children, ages 4 and older.

9:45 to 10:30 a.m.
Yankee Doodle Chocolate Bars
Mold a milk chocolate bar and top it off with red, white and blue-tinted white chocolate. Finish with a splash of star-shaped candy sprinkles to create your own, edible American flag. Find out where and how cocoa beans are grown and processed into your favorite chocolate confections. 
 
11:00 to 11:45 a.m.
Chocolate By Design
What makes dark chocolate dark and white chocolate white? This class will answer those questions and give you a rare look at a real cocoa pod, beans and nibs, and other ingredients of chocolate. After getting the inside scoop on what makes chocolate so tasty, you will create your own "abstract art" using three types of chocolates.

12:15 to 1:00 p.m.
