at The Hershey Story
Yankee Doodle Days
Saturday, July 3 - Monday, July 5, 10 a.m. to noon
Free with Museum Experience admission
Start your day with some old-fashioned play at this vintage Independence Day celebration on the museum patio. Design your own patriotic hat and make a pinwheel using pictures from long-ago Hershey parades. Then, grab a kazoo and join a Hershey’s® product character in front of the museum for a mini-parade at noon!
Sweet American Flags in the Chocolate Lab
Friday, July 2 - Sunday, July 4
In celebration of Independence Day, holiday-themed “Yankee Doodle Chocolate Bar” Chocolate Lab classes will be held at The Hershey Story July 2-4.
Mold a milk chocolate bar and top it off with red, white and blue-tinted chocolate. Finish with a splash of star-shaped candy sprinkles to create your own edible American flag. Plus, find out where and how cocoa beans are grown and transformed into your favorite chocolate confections. Visit HersheyStory.org for the Chocolate Lab schedule.
