Children must be at least 4 years old to enter the Lab.  \n10:15 to 11:00 a.m.\nCandy Cane Bark\nLayer milk and white chocolate with chunks of peppermint candy to create your own\, fresh candy cane bark.  Satisfy your curiosity about the chocolate-making process through live narrative and colorful slides. \n11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.\nChocolate Reindeer\nUse white and milk chocolate and toppings to create your own edible reindeer. Learn the fascinating story behind the chocolate-making process. \n2:00 to 2:45 p.m.\nCreate a Kris Kringle  \nMold a vintage chocolate Santa to take home.  Discover how cocoa beans make their way from the rainforest to the sweet confections in your holiday stocking.   \n3:15 to 4:00 p.m.\nMake a Very Merry Bar\nMold and customize your own milk chocolate bar using edible holiday decorations. Learn Milton Hershey’s inspirational “rags-to-riches” story and the details surrounding the chocolate-making process.
