DESCRIPTION:Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of the class. Space is limited.   Children must be at least 4 years old to enter the Lab.  \n11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.\nChocolate by Design\nWhat makes dark chocolate dark and white chocolate white? This class answers those questions and offers a close look at a real cocoa pod and cocoa beans. You’ll taste raw chocolate and after getting the inside scoop on what makes chocolate so tasty\, create abstract and completely edible “art” using milk\, white and dark chocolate products.  \n2:00 to 2:45 p.m.\nThe Heart of Chocolate\nFollow in Milton Hershey’s footsteps as you design your own heart-shaped milk chocolate confection. Choose ingredients to add based on flavor\, appearance and personal preference. Learn how Milton Hershey’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to create one of the world’s greatest chocolate businesses. Also learn how chocolate is grown and processed. This class is suitable for adults and families with children ages 4 and up.
