Try your hand at creating your own\, hand-made truffles in this class. Hand-roll dark chocolate ganache\, dip in chocolate and customize with a selection of toppings. This class is suitable for adults and families with children ages 4 and up. \n2:00 to 2:45 p.m.\nThe Heart of Chocolate\nFollow in Milton Hershey’s footsteps as you design your own heart-shaped milk chocolate confection. Choose ingredients to add based on flavor\, appearance and personal preference. Learn how Milton Hershey’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to create one of the world’s greatest chocolate businesses.
