Will it be Milton Hershey’s crystal torchère\, a cocoa tin from Hershey’s early days\, or one of the many other artifacts on display in our galleries? \nMark your favorite artifact using a red\, white or blue paper star. The top three artifacts will be announced on Facebook\, Instagram and Twitter. All participants will receive a sweet treat! Free with admission to the Museum Experience.

Try your hand at creating your own\, hand-made truffles in this class. Hand-roll dark chocolate ganache\, dip in chocolate and customize with a selection of toppings. This class is suitable for adults and families with children ages 4 and up. \n12:45 to 1:30 p.m.\nThe Heart of Chocolate\nFollow in Milton Hershey’s footsteps as you design your own heart-shaped milk chocolate confection.
