SUMMARY:Chocolate Lab Class beginning at 2:30pm
DESCRIPTION:Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of your visit. Classes are 45 minutes long.  Please note that\, depending on seats availability\, more than one family could be seated at the same table and big groups may be split. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Lab schedule\, and ingredients used in each class are subject to last minute changes. No foods or beverages will be permitted in the Lab. Only service animals will be allowed in the classroom. \n  \n2:30pm to 3:15pm\nSpring Bar \nMold a scrumptious milk chocolate bar and turn it into a colorful spring treat with unique and completely edible Easter-themed decals.  Learn how cocoa beans are grown\, harvested and processed into your favorite kinds of chocolate. \nIngredients: melted milk chocolate\, Easter themed sprinkles

SUMMARY:Sips & Sweets: An Evening in The Chocolate Lab
DESCRIPTION:Get ready for an evening of chocolatey fun! \nWe’re opening the evening with a triple chocolate fondue and a variety of delicious dippers\, followed by a milk\, white\, and dark chocolate mousse\, and finishing the evening with a chocolatey play on Peach Melba that you learn to make throughout the class. Guests will also recieve a tamarind and cacao mocktail to sip while you snack. Along the way\, you’ll pick up a few fundamentals of dessert-making in this fun\, one-hour class! \nPerfect for savoring sweets and sipping with friends! This BYOB night is for guests 21 and up. \n$35 per person; $30 for members of The Hershey Story \nSpace is limited; reserve tickets here!
