SUMMARY:Chocolate Lab Classes beginning at 11:30am\, 1:00pm\, and 2:30pm
DESCRIPTION:Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of your visit. Classes are 45 minutes long.  Please note that\, depending on seats availability\, more than one family could be seated at the same table and big groups may be split. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Lab schedule\, and ingredients used in each class are subject to last minute changes. No foods or beverages will be permitted in the Lab. Only service animals will be allowed in the classroom. \n  \n11:30am to 12:15pm\nCelebration Caramels \nCelebrate Milton S. Hershey’s birthday by dipping your own made-in-house caramel in sweet milk chocolate.  (We created an original and decadent caramel recipe in honor of the confectionery magnate’s success in building\, not only a huge chocolate industry\, but caramel business\, as well.)  Learn the history behind Milton Hershey’s success. \nIngredients: melted milk chocolate\, caramel (heavy cream\, sugar\, unsalted butter\, and corn syrup) variety of toppings including: colored sprinkles\, sea salt\, cocoa nibs\, and cinnamon. \n  \n1:00pm to 1:45pm\nCelebration Caramels \nCelebrate Milton S. The expanded celebration will feature the following: \n· Live performances by student musicians from Milton Hershey School and Hershey High School;\n· Kids’ games;\n· Hershey’s candy characters\, Coco the Bear; the Milton Hershey School mascot\, Sparty the Spartan;\n· Cherry Blossom Ice Cream & Noel’s Beverage Truck (additional cost);\n· Hershey’s chocolate\, courtesy of The Hershey Company; and\n· Cupcakes\, courtesy of Milton Hershey School. \nPlus\, all guests can enjoy half-off the Museum Experience at The Hershey Story – today only! \nThe free\, annual celebration comes as interest in Milton Hershey’s story grows ahead of the release of HERSHEY\, a new movie about his life\, opening in theaters nationwide this Thanksgiving.
