SUMMARY:Chocolate Lab Classes beginning at 10:00am\, 11:30am\, 1:30pm and 3:00pm
DESCRIPTION:Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of your visit. Classes are 45 minutes long.  Please note that\, depending on seats availability\, more than one family could be seated at the same table and big groups may be split. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Lab schedule\, and ingredients used in each class are subject to last minute changes. No foods or beverages will be permitted in the Lab. Only service animals will be allowed in the classroom. \n  \n10:00am to 10:45am\nMarshmallow Mischief  \nDunk giant marshmallows in melted chocolate\, then roll in holiday toppings.  Finish by packaging your custom marshmallow treat in a holiday package to take home.  You’ll also learn some little-known facts about marshmallows and chocolate! \nIngredients: melted milk chocolate\, Jumbo marshmallow\, variety of toppings including candy cane bits\, and Holiday themed sprinkles \n  \n11:30am to 12:15pm\nReindeer Medallions \nUse milk chocolate and toppings to create your own edible reindeer trio. Learn the fascinating story behind the chocolate-making process. \nIngredients: melted milk chocolate\, mini pretzels\, sugar eyes\, Cadbury candies \n  \n1:30pm to 2:15pm\nCandy Cane Bark \nLayer milk chocolate with white chocolate chips and chunks of peppermint candy to create your own\, fresh candy cane bark.  Satisfy your curiosity about the chocolate-making process through live narrative and colorful slides. \nIngredients: melted milk chocolate\, white chocolate chips\, candy cane bits. \n  \n3:00pm to 3:45pm\nMake a Very Merry Bar \nMold and customize your own milk chocolate bar using holiday add-ins and edible decorations. Learn some delicious geography by finding out more about the many places around the globe where cocoa beans are grown and how they are processed to become the chocolate we all love. \nIngredients: melted milk chocolate\, Holiday themed sprinkles
