Discover the business behind the product as you choose ingredients to add based on flavor\, appearance and your own preferences. \n2:00 to 2:45 p.m.\nChocolate Bird Nests\nCelebrate spring by making your own\, edible chocolate bird nest complete with eggs! Learn how “cacao” begins its journey from the rainforest to decadent white\, milk and dark chocolate varieties. This class is educational and uniquely fun. \n3:15 to 4:00 p.m.\nPlanet Chocolate\nLearn some delicious geography by finding out more about the many places around the globe where cocoa beans are grown.
