This class will answer those questions and give you a rare look at a real cocoa pod\, beans and nibs\, and other ingredients of chocolate. After getting the inside scoop on what makes chocolate so tasty\, you will create your own “abstract art” using three types of chocolates. \n2:00 to 2:45 p.m.\nPlanet Chocolate\nLearn some delicious geography by finding out more about the many places around the globe where cocoa beans are grown. You will be guided to recognize differences in cocoa beans’ appearance and taste and make your own unique bar to take home.

DESCRIPTION:This event is SOLD OUT. \nEnjoy a morning of hands-on activities at The Hershey Story!  Girls will experience the many stories of Hershey through the eyes of girls and women who lived long ago.  In addition to exploring the exhibits\, scouts will play old-fashioned games and create two crafts to take home.\n$12 for Scouts and Leaders; badge included*. Please register here. \n*Extra adults and children may purchase regular priced tickets here\, or at the admissions desk on the day of the workshop. \nParticipation in this program does not qualify scouts for a Hershey Story patch.
