Try early moving picture inventions\, learn how to make movie sound effects\, create your own moving illusions and write your own story board. \nPlus\, watch clips of early motion pictures to experience what life looked like over 100 years ago\, including here in Hershey. Every participant will also make their own Hollywood inspired chocolate creation! \nAdmission to the museum is included along with an educational scavenger hunt through the exhibits\, and our new special exhibit – From Story to Screen: The Making of the Hershey Movie. \nCost: $17 for ages 3 and over.\nAges 2 and under are free.\nAll students\, parents\, siblings and chaperones\nare required to have a ticket.\nAll tickets are non-refundable. \nAll students (ages 3+) and adults are required to purchase a ticket. \nThe program will last about an hour. DESCRIPTION:Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of your visit. Classes are 45 minutes long.  Please note that\, depending on seats availability\, more than one family could be seated at the same table and big groups may be split. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Lab schedule\, and ingredients used in each class are subject to last minute changes. No foods or beverages will be permitted in the Lab. Only service animals will be allowed in the classroom. \n  \n11:45am to 12:30pm\nChocolate Medallions \nMilton Hershey developed his unique formula using a hand-selected blend of cocoa beans. Discover where this fruit comes from\, and how it is harvested and processed to become the chocolate we all love. Choose from a variety of ingredients and design your own flavorful chocolate treat. \nIngredients: melted milk chocolate\, a variety of toppings including seasonal sprinkles\, cocoa nibs\, mini marshmallows\, white chocolate chips\, crushed pretzels\, etc. \n  \n2:00pm to 2:45pm\nPlanet Chocolate \nLearn some delicious geography by finding out more about the many places around the globe where cocoa beans are grown. DESCRIPTION:Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of your visit. Classes are 45 minutes long.  Please note that\, depending on seats availability\, more than one family could be seated at the same table and big groups may be split. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Lab schedule\, and ingredients used in each class are subject to last minute changes. No foods or beverages will be permitted in the Lab. Only service animals will be allowed in the classroom. \n  \n11:30am to 12:15pm\nArt of Chocolate \nWhether it’s milk\, white or dark\, making chocolate is a work of art. Learn the origin of chocolate and what are the ingredients used in each of its varieties.
