DESCRIPTION:Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of the class. Space is limited. Children must be at least 4 years old to enter the Lab.  \n11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.\nChocolate By Design\nWhat makes dark chocolate dark and white chocolate white? This class will answer those questions and give you a rare look at a real cocoa pod\, beans and nibs\, and other ingredients of chocolate. After getting the inside scoop on what makes chocolate so tasty\, you will create your own “abstract art” using three types of chocolates. \n2:00 to 2:45 p.m.\nBuild a Batty Bar\nMold your own chocolate bar and then customize it with your choice of Halloween-themed and traditional candy ingredients. Find out how cocoa beans are transformed into your favorite chocolate confections.
