Please register here. \nHershey Community – All Things Diversity\, in partnership with The Hershey Story\, The Museum on Chocolate Avenue presents “The Beauty of Hershey’s “Demographic Garden” and How We Plant Seeds of Inclusion” with Lynette Chappell-Williams\, Chief Diversity Officer and Associate Dean for Diversity with Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine. \nHershey is becoming more demographically diverse\, and research studies demonstrate that diversity leads to excellence and innovation. As Hershey’s diversity increases\, we are poised to take advantage of these benefits. What can we\, as community members\, be doing to prepare for and support this diversity?
