“Try it With Truffles” Virtual Class
February 5 & 6, 2021 at 6:00 & 7:30 p.m.
$13.50 per class registration

Join The Hershey Story’s Chocolate Lab staff as you create your own decadent chocolate truffles – from home! In this hour-long virtual class, participants will learn to hand-roll and coat rich, dark chocolate ganache in melted milk chocolate, then finish their truffles with a sweet array of toppings.

Class participants will also enjoy learning about the courtship and marriage of Milton and Catherine Hershey, as well as how cacao is grown and processed.

Participants can pick up supply kits at The Hershey Story. Each kit will include all necessary ingredients for one person to use during the virtual class, as well as a recipe for Hershey’s Special Dark chocolate ganache. Kits will also include a charming box for your truffles and a heart-shaped chocolate bar.

This class is suitable for ages 5 and up. An adult must participate in the virtual class with any children under the age of 13.
Kit pick up dates: February 4 and 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Make your reservation now and be the first to enjoy dinner at the all-new Cafe aMusée, located inside The Hershey Story. Plus, take part in a special Chocolate Lab class where you will create your own decadent truffles by rolling rich, dark chocolate ganache in milk chocolate, then finishing with a sweet array of toppings and placing them in a charming box to take home. You’ll also discover how chocolate is grown and processed, and learn about Milton and Catherine’s own love story. Plus, you and your Valentine are welcome to explore the Museum Experience and learn how Milton Hershey went from rags to riches. Each couple will receive a heart-shaped chocolate bar and a fresh, long-stemmed red rose.

This private event is suitable for guests ages 17+. Dinner options are listed below; please select your dinners when placing your reservation online here. Guests ages 21 and over may bring their own alcoholic beverage to dinner.

Special note regarding COVID-19 safety: Groups of 2 to 4 who purchase tickets in the same transaction can be seated together. Each group will be seated 6 feet apart in the Chocolate Lab and at dinner. Masks/face coverings are required at all times, except during dinner.
