Is there a discount for active duty military personnel?
Yes. Active duty military personnel receive free admission to The Hershey Story’s Museum Experience. Other members of your party may purchase online tickets. Active duty military personnel should show their military ID upon arrival.
What if I am staying at The Hotel Hershey or Hershey Lodge?
Guests of The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge will receive complimentary tickets to the Museum Experience at check-in. Simply bring the tickets to the admissions desk during our hours of operation.
Do you allow Service Animals?
Service animals are permitted in all public areas of the museum. Service animals are trained to perform specific tasks for an individual with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Comfort animals, therapy animals, companion animals, or emotional support animals are not service animals, as defined by the ADA, and are not allowed. I have complimentary/pre-paid tickets to the The Hershey Story, do I need to reserve a time to visit?
No. Guests with complimentary tickets do not need to reserve a time to visit.
Do employees of The Hershey Company and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Co. receive a discount?
Employees of these organizations receive 50% off admission to the Museum Experience. They should identify themselves with an I.D. badge and purchase tickets upon arrival.
What items are restricted at The Hershey Story?
Weapons of any kind are prohibited. Weapons are considered to be any item that could endanger public safety. Some examples include: firearms, knives and mace. The Hershey Story reserves the right to refuse the entry of any item that could be considered a weapon.
