Chocolate Lab Classes beginning at 11:30am, 1:00pm, and 2:30pm

Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of your visit. Classes are 45 minutes long. Please note that, depending on seats availability, more than one family could be seated at the same table and big groups may be split. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Lab schedule, and ingredients used in each class are subject to last minute changes. No foods or beverages will be permitted in the Lab. Only service animals will be allowed in the classroom.
Egg-citing Chocolate Bark
Create this egg-stra special chocolate bark, by combining rich milk chocolate with white chocolate chips, and adding Hershey’s Robin eggs, pretzels sticks and spring sprinkles to make not only delicious, but also fun! Satisfy your curiosity about the chocolate-making process through live narrative and colorful slides.
Ingredients: melted milk chocolate, crushed pretzels, Hershey’s Robin Eggs, and seasonal sprinkles.
Chocolate Bird Nests
Celebrate spring by making your own, edible chocolate bird nest complete with eggs! Learn how “cacao” begins its journey from the rainforest to decadent white, milk and dark chocolate varieties. This class is educational and uniquely fun.
Ingredients: melted milk chocolate, mini pretzel sticks, Cadbury chocolate mini eggs.
Spring Bar
Mold a scrumptious milk chocolate bar and turn it into a colorful spring treat with unique and completely edible Easter-themed decals. Learn how cocoa beans are grown, harvested and processed into your favorite kinds of chocolate.
