Chocolate Lab Classes beginning at 11:45am and 2:00pm

September 12 @ 11:45 am - 2:45 pm

Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of your visit. Classes are 45 minutes long.  Please note that, depending on seats availability, more than one family could be seated at the same table and big groups may be split. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Lab schedule, and ingredients used in each class are subject to last minute changes. No foods or beverages will be permitted in the Lab. Only service animals will be allowed in the classroom.

Celebration Caramels

Celebrate Milton S. Hershey’s birthday by dipping your own, rich butter caramels in milk chocolate. Come celebrate with us in honor of the confectionery magnate’s success in building not only a huge chocolate industry, but caramel business, as well.  Learn the history behind Milton Hershey’s success.

Ingredients: melted milk chocolate, house-made butter caramels (butter, evaporated milk, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla) variety of toppings including: colored sprinkles, sea salt, cocoa nibs, and cinnamon.
