Join us for a fun, hands-on evening of cocoa chemistry at The Hershey Story! Discover the fascinating (and delicious) origins of molecular gastronomy in this interactive presentation. Do water and chocolate mix? Join us to find out! 

Attendees will receive a gourmet dark chocolate mousse, topped with their very own white chocolate creation, as well as three mini-meringues and a candied fruit treat. Guests will also take home a custom-designed chocolate bar, and an exclusive Chocolate Lab stemless martini glass. 

This event is for ages 16 and up.  Doors open at 6:45pm. Please use the front doors to enter the building.
