Hershey Community – All Things Diversity, in partnership with The Hershey Story, The Museum on Chocolate Avenue presents, The Heart of Chocolate: Little things that are a Big Deal with Leah P. Hollis, Ed.D.

Whether we know each other from around the block or around the world, we have differences in our experiences that at times become the subject of little jokes or “Microaggressions.” This talk will reflect on what exactly micro aggressions are, how they hurt the community and how we all can find a way to communicate about those hurtful remarks that are a big deal to the person on the receiving end.
