Have some summer fun as you make one of our sweet variations on S’mores. No fire required! Learn the origins of this campfire confection, and win some chocolatey rewards, in our S’mores Galore trivia. You’ll also learn about chocolate from the tree to the graham cracker!

Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of your visit. Classes are 45 minutes long. Please note that, depending on seats availability, more than one family could be seated at the same table and big groups may be split. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Lab schedule, and ingredients used in each class are subject to last minute changes. No foods or beverages will be permitted in the Lab. Only service animals will be allowed in the classroom.

Attention marshmallow lovers! Dip a jumbo marshmallow into delicious melted milk chocolate and cover it with graham cracker crumbs to create a S’mores inspired treat that is both fun and decadent!

Some More Bark
Our favorite campfire treat with a fun twist! Layer delicious milk chocolate with mini marshmallows, cinnamon toast cereal and dark chocolate chips. Break it in pieces for sharing, or keep it all for yourself. No judgement here!

12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.

If your favorite part of a S’more is the chocolate, this is the class for you! Mold your own milk chocolate candy bar and use graham cracker crumbs and marshmallow bits to create a scrumptious treat to take home.
