What makes dark chocolate dark and white chocolate white? This class answers those questions and offers a close look at a real cocoa pod and cocoa beans. Guests taste raw chocolate and after getting the inside scoop on what makes chocolate so tasty, create abstract and completely edible “art” using milk, white and dark chocolate products.

Chocolate Lab tickets are available at the admissions desk on the day of the class on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Children must be at least 4 years old to enter the lab.
