Chocolate Lab classes starting at 11:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of your visit. Classes are 45 minutes long. Please note that, depending on seats availability, more than one family could be seated at the same table and big groups may be split. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Lab schedule, and ingredients used in each class are subject to last minute changes. No foods or beverages will be permitted in the Lab. Only service animals will be allowed in the classroom.

Chocolate  Medallions
Milton Hershey developed his unique formula using a hand-selected blend of cocoa beans. Discover where this fruit comes from, and how is harvested and processed to become the chocolate we all love. Choose from a variety of ingredients and combine them in any way to design your own flavorful medallions
Ingredients: melted milk chocolate, a variety of toppings including mini marshmallows, coconut flakes, raisins, white chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, etc.

1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. 
S’mores Galore
Have some summer fun as you make your own, sweet variation on S’mores (without the fire, of course). Learn the origins of this campfire confection and some Hershey’s trivia. You’ll also learn about chocolate from tree to graham cracker.
Ingredients: melted milk chocolate, mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers.
