Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of your visit. Classes are 45 minutes long.  Please note that, depending on seats availability, more than one family could be seated at the same table and big groups may be split. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The Lab schedule, and ingredients used in each class are subject to last minute changes. No foods or beverages will be permitted in the Lab. Only service animals will be allowed in the classroom.

S’mores Mallow

Attention marshmallow lovers! If the gooey, decadent middle of a s’more is your favorite part of this classic treat, then this is the class for you. Dip a jumbo marshmallow into delicious melted milk chocolate and cover it with graham cracker crumbs to create a S’mores inspired treat that is both fun and decadent!

Ingredients: Jumbo marshmallows, melted milk chocolate, graham cracker crumbs

Our favorite campfire snack with a fun twist! Layer delicious milk chocolate with mini marshmallows, graham cracker cereal and dark chocolate chips to create a delicious summertime treat. Break it in pieces for sharing, or keep it all for yourself. No judgement here!
