Chocolate Lab classes starting at 11:30 a.m.

Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of the class. Space is limited. Children must be at least 4 years old to enter the Lab.

11:30 to 12:15 a.m.
Spring Bar
Mold a scrumptious milk chocolate bar and turn it into a colorful spring treat with unique and completely edible Easter-themed decals. Learn how cocoa beans are grown, harvested and processed into your favorite kinds of chocolate.
Ingredients: melted milk chocolate, Easter themed sprinkles

12:45 to 1:30 p.m.
Bow-Tied Bunnies
Welcome in spring by creating your own, adorable chocolate bunny using milk and white chocolate. Learn where chocolate comes from as well as the ingredients and processes involved in making your favorite kinds of chocolate.
Ingredients: melted milk and white chocolate, candy melt bows.

2:00 to 2:45 p.m.
Hoppin’ Chocolate Bunnies
Hop in for a fun-filled adventure creating your own, edible chocolate bunny to take home. Also hear the miraculous story behind the chocolate-making process from cocoa bean to bar.
Ingredients: melted milk chocolate

3:15 to 4:00 p.m.
Marshmallow Bunny Tails
Dunk giant marshmallows in melted chocolate, and then roll in your selection of toppings. Finish by packaging your custom marshmallow treat in a cute package to take home. You’ll also learn some little-known facts about marshmallows and chocolate!
Ingredients: melted milk chocolate, Jumbo marshmallow, variety of toppings including crushed graham crackers, coconut flakes, and colored sprinkles.
