Chocolate Lab tickets are available on a first come – first served basis and may be purchased at The Hershey Story admissions desk on the day of the class. Space is limited. Children must be at least 5 years old to enter the Lab. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Hershey’s birthday by making your own, rich Chocolate-Caramel Truffles.  We created an original and decadent truffle recipe in honor of the confectionery magnate’s success in building, not only a huge chocolate industry, but caramel business, as well.  Learn the history behind Milton Hershey’s success, in this fun -45 minutes long- class.

Ingredients: melted milk chocolate, caramel chocolate ganache (heavy cream, caramel Kisses, unsalted butter, and cinnamon) variety of toppings including: colored sprinkles, sea salt, cocoa nibs, and cinnamon.
