Cocoa Chemistry: Golden Brown Delicious

Join us on January 16th in the Chocolate Lab for a fascinating experience in food chemistry! Learn about why the world’s favorite foods taste as good as they do, and how best to maximize those flavors in the home kitchen. Guests will dip mocha biscotti in caramelized white chocolate and crushed sponge toffee to enjoy while learning why all meals taste better when they’ve been browned. Guests will also receive a custom-made chocolate bar for the class.
Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Class begins at 7pm, please arrive at least 5 minutes prior.
