Gather the family for some sweet interactive fun with our chocolate experts, right from your own home!
Beginning Saturday, December 26, through Friday, January 1, daily Chocolate Lab classes will be available for online participation. Learn about the chocolate-making process, then make your own holiday-themed creation using ingredients you pick up at The Hershey Story in advance.
All you’ll need is some basic kitchen utensils! Forty-five minute instructor led classes are held via Google Meet and ideal for adults and children ages 5 and older. Participants can choose from two daily classes:
11:30 a.m. Chocolate Reindeer Medallions
Use milk chocolate and Hershey-ets candies to create your own edible reindeer trio. Learn the fascinating story behind the chocolate and how it is transformed from beans to the delicious treat we all love.
Ingredients: melted milk and chocolate, mini pretzels, Hershey-ets candies
2:00 p.m. – Chocolate Pretzel Wreath
Create a fun and delicious wreath by using chocolate covered mini pretzels, and festive sprinkles. Discover how cocoa beans make their way from the rainforest to the sweet confections in your holiday stocking.
Ingredients: melted milk chocolate, mini pretzels, Twizzlers strings, sprinkles
$8 per class; tickets must be purchased in advance here.
Registration ends at noon the day prior to class. At least one adult Is required to register per group. Upon registering, participants will be emailed a link to the class and instructions for picking up supplies. Tickets are limited.
