Sips & Sweets: An Evening in the Chocolate Lab

Join us for an evening of chocolatey fun! Guests will start with a fondue lightly infused with mild, dried chilies and a variety of delicious dippers, followed by a pavlova cup filled with fermented fruit and chocolate ganache. While enjoying the first two courses, you will learn to make the final dessert: a triple toasted vanilla ice cream with brownie crisps. A passionfruit and ginger mocktail will also be provided. This BYOB event is for guests 21 and older.
