Bring your favorite Valentine for an evening of decadence, introducing the delightful ruby chocolate. Begin the experience tasting single origin warm drinking chocolates from around the world. Then participate in a special -one hour- Chocolate Lab class where attendants will have a chance to hand-roll both ruby and our traditional dark chocolate ganache, coat them in their choice of milk and white chocolate and finish with a sweet array of toppings.
Each guest will package their truffles in a charming box and receive a heart shaped candy bar and a fresh, long-stemmed red rose to take home. Participants will also enjoy learning about the courtship and marriage of Milton and Catherine Hershey as well as how chocolate
is grown and processed, and get some secrets behind ruby chocolate’s vibrant color and flavor.

This class is most suitable for adults. Cost is $25.00 per person, space is limited.
