Past Master Volunteer Application

Volunteers for this summer’s program will be selected based on the Volunteer Application, teacher recommendation, an interview, and available space in the program. We will contact you to arrange the interview after we review your application and receive your teacher recommendation. Please provide the following information so we may process your application. Those accepted into the program must attend training sessions in June and will be expected to complete at least 7 shifts (approximately 21 hours) over the course of the summer.
